We develop art programs for hospitality, corporate, residential, and cultural projects, not as a finishing layer, but as a structural part of how a place is conceived, built, and experienced.

Art Strategy & Program Development defines the cultural direction of a project before anything is made or acquired. We establish the narrative, the curatorial framework, the criteria for artists, and the role art should play in shaping the identity of the place.

Art Production & Commissioning moves that thinking into the world. We identify artists, develop commissions, guide acquisitions, coordinate production, and manage the full process through to physical delivery.

Bespoke Installations create work that belongs to the space itself. Sculptural lighting, suspended installations, atrium works, bespoke chandeliers, and large-scale features are designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed as part of the project, not placed within it afterward.

We conceive, commission, and produce bespoke artworks in collaboration with artists, studios, and specialist fabricators.
From site-specific commissions and monumental sculptures to digital works, murals, editions, and custom pieces, each work is developed in response to the architecture, scale, narrative, and identity of the project. We manage the process from artist selection and concept development to production coordination, fabrication oversight, and delivery.

We develop site-specific light installations, including sculptural lighting, bespoke chandeliers, suspended works, atrium pieces, and large-scale illuminated features. Each piece is conceived from the architecture, scale, and identity of the project it belongs to.
Through design development, engineering, fabrication, and installation, we build work that is native to its environment. Not placed. Not applied. Formed as part of the experience itself.
