Suspended across the main atrium of Area C, the installation unfolds as a dispersed field of elements that operate at the edge of visibility. Rather than forming a fixed object, it produces a shifting condition, one that changes with light, movement, and viewpoint.

Rooted in Vincent Leroy’s exploration of perception and optical instability, the work resists immediacy. Its repetition and subtle variation slow down the reading of space, creating a tension between presence and disappearance.

Developed through deepening design, the piece translates this sensibility into a precise system of fabrication and suspension. Each element is positioned within a larger field, allowing the installation to behave as an atmospheric layer rather than a singular mass.

Within the scale of the atrium, it does not impose form, it alters perception.
