ERUPTION, Group Exhibition

Eruption takes as its premise a world in flux, one where established structures fracture, certainties dissolve, and new forms emerge from the pressure of change. The exhibition does not attempt to resolve this condition but to inhabit it, bringing together eighteen artists whose practices engage, each in their own register, with rupture as both subject and method.

Working across painting, sculpture, digital media, and spatial installation, the participating artists approach eruption not as catastrophe but as a generative force, a point of breakage that opens onto something new. The works resist a singular reading, proposing instead a field of tensions, convergences, and unresolved questions.

Participating artists: Zheng Lu, Amal Al Aathem, Anachar Basbous, Clara Carvajal, Houmam Al Sayyed, Jean Boghossian, Jumanah Abbas, Mahmoud Obaidi, Maryam Al Homaid, Morrison Pierce, Nadim Karam, Nicolas Panayotou, Nourbanu Hijazi, Peter Zimmermann, Said Baalbaki, Tamara Haddad, Yasmina Nysten, and Anastasia Nysten.
